I want to use vpn to get around the ban but they still ban me for PBM

Ever since I got a new pc I feel like vpn is not working at all. In my old pc which was not slow on the desktop it would take 5-10 seconds for it to turn on, and it would disconnect me from skype and log me out of sites I was currently on. Now it takes 1 second and it doesn't do the above. However the ip from whatismyip has changed, and I still get banned on the forum I want to post for Previously Banned Accounts, how do they do this?

I am from Bulgaria, I want to have as much as possible privacy, I was even thinking of buying the Elite VPN but after this issue I don't think I will. I already made another account and pmed the admin with apology etc... but he banned me again. I just want to get another account so I can access the content and post. I even tried using my original ip or vpn to log in and log out of my old account and then using a different ip for the new one but I still get detected.

Im not telling...
You probably banned for a good reason.. so I will not tell you have to circumvent..
And it prob aginst Toms hardware rules to tell you how to bypass security type things anyway.

You can suffer and contemplate what a foolish thing you did to get banned.. and perhaps not be such an idiot in future

I usually always use vpn for the security and I got banned from the forum for the most stupid reason, I just want to make an account and post there again (I do not troll) but they always IP check new members there. Please tell me dude.

Well, 'cause I've studied in China and faced such oppressive a government like that. Finally I turned to Google's goagent for just watching Youtube (So it serves as a VPN connection)...China's good, except the Internet issues.
