Hello,

I recently brought a Kingston 120GB SSD and what i did was i cloned my current HDD to the SSD using the software Macruim Reflect.

Cloning went well but when i physically took my hdd out and replace it with my SSD and booted it up, the windows boot manager showed up and said the boot selection failed becasue a required device is inaccessable.

This has been bumming me out for the last couple of days....Any suggestions?

Did you shrink down your HDD partition to small enough size then clone it over? if so you probably missed the boot manager, it's on a 100mb partition by itself, if you can get the clonezilla live cd, you can do a full disk clone that will copy bit for bit that is filled, this keeps you from having problems since your ssd is so much smaller, then you'll get the boot manager as well.

Make sure you don't have the HDD connected initially when you try to boot again as well.
