I just bought a PC and installed in my bedroom. Our broadband is in another room at other end of house. What is the best way of connecting my PC to the internet?

If you don't want to run a cable, what you can do is get an AC adapter along with an AC router for fastest wireless performance as long as it is still in range (which it should be if it's not a crazy distance).

Everything in my room is wired, wouldn't have it any other way!

If your broadband router has wifi, then you could use this to connect, using a wifi adapter card to your computer. For a wired connection, you could use a Homeplug system.
