Urgent - Motherboard and Memory Compatibility

Dear Experts,

Please let me know if the below Motherboard and RAM are Compatible with each other.

Yeah of course. Dual Channel and Will run under 1600 clock at 1333. The RAM page won't load for me at work so I'm assuming what I googled is the same thing.

Yes it will work, but unless using using XP will want more than 2 GB

Hi Guys,

Thanks to both for your suggestions. Well in the mean time I had also sent a mail to Asrock Support and got their reply today morning saying that the Motherboard and RAM are compatible[I could not find any attachment options in here so could not attach the mail].

The reason i was insistent on G.SKILL RipjaswsX was I was getting it at a really humble Price lesser than even Transcend and Kingston[It was actually a steal]. Below is what I got and paid[I paid in Rupees]. The PC is for HTPC+Casual Gaming+Torrenting

Mobo - ASRock N68-VGS3 FX - 41.92$[Rs. 2551][Source Of Purchase - SP Road]
Processor - AMD 2.8 GHz AM3 Sempron 145 Processor(SDX145HBK13GM) - 29.58$[Rs. 1800][Source Of Purchase - SP Road]
RAM - G.SKILL RipjawsX F3-10666CL9S-2GBXL - 21.39$[Rs. 1302][Source Of Purchase - Flipkart]
