You really can't directly compare the A10-5800K integrated video to the PS3/XBox 360 video subsystems. There are too many variable differences to make a meaningful direct comparison.
The A10's integrated video is good for overall video uses performed on a typical PC, to include watching video (up to 1080p). However, it really isn't a good choice for a gaming system. For that, you should use a stand-alone, dedicated video card (a.k.a. GPU).

what i ment to say was if i wanted to build a computer that has graphics to match the xbox 360 what graphics card should i get, keep in mind I want the best for the money but the computer can't cost over the 360 price which is 300 i think

For $300, you can far exceed the video prowess of a PS3 or Xbox 360. With that kind of budget, you could get a GTX 760 or a Radeon HD7950 (see below for examples).
If you are building a complete system for $300, then your options are far more limited. No integrated video solution is ideal for gaming. The APU used by AMD based systems is generally stronger than the integrated video used in earlier Intel based systems. Haswell looks to have better integrated video performance, but the CPU alone will break your entire budget.
You won't build a full PC for 250 that can play all the games the Xbox can. If you go used the Xbox 360 starts at like $120 at gamestop. As much as we all like the PC for gaming the Xbox 360 has it beat when it comes to the price.
