Asrock 960GM/U3S3 760G is good for a FX-6300?

Hi guys, i'm going to buy a new gaming pc is the asrock 960gm/u3s3 a good mobo for fx-6300. i will also get a msi n660 2gd5/oc nVidia geforce gtx660 twinfrozr, 8gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz. i will NOT overclock the cpu, so it's good enough or i must get a better one, and the boxed fan is good or i need to buy a new one?

Yep it will suffice. No compatibility problems and a good motherboard choice. However you will be able to overclock the FX6300 on that board if you wish to do so.

Will the cpu bottleneck the gpu? it's a balanced pc? it's my first time getting an assembled pc so i just want to know if it's pretty good and all will work

No you should not experience any bottlenecking. It is a good GPU and CPU.
