at 720p yeah that will play all the games. at 1080p it will play all the games too, most newer ones at medium settings. anything above 1080p and it will struggle to play them.

I would suggest u an fx 8320 cpu
Reasons
1.it can outperform a 3570k
2. Eight core advantage

U must be reading that people say that "theres no need for eight core there is no game foreseable future that could even utilize 4 cores at their full potential"
This statement is UNTRUE

Even present games like crysis 3 utilizes full 6 cores of phenom ll 1090t so u ll need a eight core for future proofing
This is the reason that future consoles like xbox1 and ps4 wuold be having 8 cores

Yes, that system will play any game at the resolution you want and even @ 1080p. I would drop the sound card, used the money saved and maybe $10-15 more and get a GTX 760. It is a far better card.

i did build the computer but i choose those parts and i can cahnge the processor to fx8320 but the graphics card is hard to change

That GPU is still decent. The GTX 760 is just a better one. Using the money by not getting the sound card and getting the 8320 isn't a bad idea either.

Yeah that is fine to run all games maxed at 720p. 1080p probably as well. But a 4k monitor even the big bad gaming pc on the block may struggle with.
