Have a Dell Optiplex 390 mini tower that currently has a Radeon HD6350 dual card in it. I need to support 3 monitors now and was wondering what my options are? I believe the PCI slot is PCI Express 2.0 x 16. Right next to it are 3 small PCI Express x1 slots.

check this one Galaxy 61TGF4AM5UNX MDT GeForce GT 610 1GB 64-bit DDR3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162114
This one actually provides up to 4 monitor support, read reviews for both of them.
If you are willing to have some headache with cables - PowerColor AX7750 4GBK3-H Radeon HD 7750 4GB 128-bit DDR3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131486 4GB VRAM would be great for high resolutions or multiple displays.

Most of today cards can support 3 displays, so it is difficult to find THE RIGHT ONE.

Anything else I can help you with?

At the end it comes to one question - what is the purpose of you request?
Do you need it for office use or games, and do you need 3 monitors to act like one, or you need 3 independent monitors?
