2 GB becomes important only if you play higher resolutions. What resolution will you be using?
I would stay away from the regular 650 because it's not powerful enough, so even if it has more memory the processor on it is too slow. If you want nvidia, the minimum I would recommend is the "650-Ti" (big difference between the "Ti" model and regular one).
Maybe you can also find 7770 or 7790 with 2 GB if you play at 1080p or higher.
Yaa MC_K7 as jinay said I can get gtx650ti boost for 10k but it is forsa version
and many people complaint that forsa model are not good for gaming and there is other one alsowhich I had heard for first time some galaxy variant

there usually isn't a 4k difference between different manufacturer's versions of the same card, u are probably looking at the 2Gb version, look for 1GB, also look at Gigabyte, thy're supposed to be cheaper
