300w is not enough. Even if you got a Seasonic PSU it will not do for your system. Invest in a 450w

Ok your motherboard has one PCIe slot which can house either of the graphics cards you have chosen. I would go for the Asus engt440

Personally I would get the XFX PSU.

What exactly is your case as I would need to see if it will fit in your Case. Is your PSU mount bottom or top mounted?
