Currently I have an i3-3220 paired with a Sapphire HD 7870 Ghz edition card. I'm changing my HTPC case from an Apevia X-Master-bk/500 to a Lian Li PC-V354B. I plan to do some mp gaming in BF3 when the wife and kids aren't around to take advantage of my Sony Bravia 46" tv. Will my i3-3220 bottleneck my gpu in 64 player conquest and rush maps? If so, what processor should I upgrade to? In order to keep the heat down in such a small case I don't plan on overclocking the processor, so the i5-3570K processor is out. If I do upgrade the processor I prefer to keep the price under $200.

You will probably want to upgrade the chip. Not overclocking, this is quite possibly the best deal out there. It isn't under your $200 but it is basically an i7 for an i5 price. The i5 3350p isn't bad either. Just wanted to make you aware of other nice options out there.
