I would go with this :) Excellent quality PSU with plenty of room for upgrades, a solid CPU that can handle gaming if you plan on upgrading your GPU and the motherboard is a solid one for a good...

Well, i intend to use it for some gaming but not hardcore, i had 2 gb, p4 2.7 ghz and gts 250 gpu.. I could run many games at normal specs very well. But i expect to use it for a lil bit of everything. The rest of the components i already have are:

Cooler master case haf 912 case
4 gb ram 1333
1 tb hardrive
Nvidia gts 250

If you would excuse my ignorance about this subject, i have never used a cpu that's not from the Intel's brand. Are AMD as efficient? I mean, with a good cooling system and proper voltage, around 14 hours powered on a day would this last atleast 2 or 3 years?

I'd easily go with the AMD components if you're looking to save money, especially on a $200 budget. I'd go with this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1mI6K

CPU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($122.68 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Biostar A55MD2 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $197.66
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Why not FX-43xx or FX-63xx CPUs? I've heard that FX-41xx Zambezi CPUs has a very bad reputation.
