I'm trying to help a friend out with an HP AIO PC with wireless internet. The model number is 23-1014. I have already restored the PC back to a couple months ago system restore point. It didnt work. I have also tried to check all the connections and settings to see if its set up to automatically detect settings. Last thing I tried was to uninstall the wireless adapter (internally built from factory) driver and reinstall with the latest updated one from HP and still nothing. I able to connect an Ethernet cable and go online through Internet explorer but I receive errors from chrome and firefox upon launching. The computer has a bunch of spammy software and I have done a virus scan and removed tons of threats with avast and deleted them as well as ran MBAM and removed threats. Any suggestions?
