Hello! I've always came to this website when I needed to know something, but never created an account or had to ask anything, until now.
A few weeks ago, I noticed my computer couldn't handle gaming or any intensive programs without major FPS drop. I found out that my graphics card was working properly and my internet was working fine. However, in the Task Manager, my CPU was working at 90-100 percent while running a program and 30-40 percent sitting at the desktop.
After a little more investigation, there was a program running called CertUtil.exe and I don't know what the heck it is. The program starts, stays running for about 10 seconds, stops, then restarts again. I cannot delete the .exe or end the task. Help!
