Careful that notebookcheck represents the absolute lowest the card will ever do as they only run it on the stock machine without removing bloatware, updating drivers, or any of the usual upkeep type things real users who would read these kind of sites would do.
That card also has many different versions. One with more shaders and slower RAM and one with less shaders and faster RAM, and another with more shaders, slower ram, but a 192-bit pathway to the slower RAM and another with more shaders and faster RAM.
You can safely ignore systemrequirements as they only match statistics and don't really understand performance being more than X processor and Y GPU and Z ram. For example, if you have a godly GPU, but an unorthodox CPU which they think is below the requirements, you will not be able to play it well according to them. However, upon actual testing it would work quite well.
