hello im wondering why these rams are the same price?

ok so if i get the 1600 ones i could overclock them to 2133 speeds?

Yes, you could, but they aren't rated for that speed. The other ones are rated for 2133MHz. I've never messed with RAM overclocking, but most people say it's typically not safe to mess with it unless you know what you're doing. It also reduces the life of the RAM.
