I was trying to Clean install windows 7 on a friends computer it finished the installation and booted up to the 'preparing computer for first use' screen then after that reboot it just hangs at verifying dmi pool data.
So after this i tried booting from the windows 7 cd to use the bootrec tool to see if that worked but when i try to boot from cd it shows the verifying dmi pool data then boot from cd under that and hangs there, it is the same with every cd i have tried (windows 8, windows 7 and the easus bootable dvd) so now i have no idea what i can do to repair this.
All the hardware was working perfectly fine before this so i doubt it is a hardware issue.
Anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this?
