Im not very clear with how much power it will consume but, the 80 plus, bronze, silver, gold, is about the efficiency of the power supply, bronze is usually 80 plus (please correct me if im wrong) which means 80% efficiency, this means 80% of the power it's taking off your wall electricy will be used and 20% will be lost on heat, that's why our PSU gets hot.

First you'll only need 550 watt so long as you don't plan on getting a second video card. The recommendation is about 650 to 800 watts depending whether or not you'll be adding another GPU down the road. Name brand will play a far more important role then have the certification. Get seasonic, corsair, rosewill PSU.

The above will show you how efficient a power supply should be given it's rating. Lets pretend you have a power supply rated at 80% efficiency. Lets say it needs to make 80 watts to power your PC. It will actually draw 100 watts from your wall, with 20 watts wasted through heat. Higher efficiency power supplies will make less heat and use less electricity. It does not mean they are of higher qaulity.
