Quick question, Is there a difference for a graphics card between using it to run 3 monitors in Panoramic display vs having them be independent of each other and the only thing shared is the ability to move windows and the mouse?

Solution
If the other screens are basically just showing the desktop, there will be minimal VRAM usage. Even if you were gaming across all three screens I doubt you could burn through 4GB anyway.
As far as windows is concerned, there is duplicated or extended. Duplicate is obviously all of them showing the same and extended is all of them independent. Those are the only 2 modes, there is no "panorama" or "individual." Games have other "modes": amd eyefinity or nvidia surround. These are required to have the game span across all monitors or else the game will only be on one monitor and you can have anything else (a browser, movie, teamspeak, etc) on the other/s.

My apologies, I am running the setup as extended display. I game on monitor #1, Run my browser on #2 and just monitoring software and teamspeak on #3. So will a gtx 770 4GB use much of the ram running the 2 other displays?
