Is this build sufficient for my needs?

I am new to building home-built computer systems and have a few questions as to whether or not the components I have picked out are up to par. My main usage of this computer will be for gaming; therefore, I am looking for a computer which will run nearly all games (which are out today) at max settings, 1080p resolution, and > or = to 60fps. Furthermore, I am wondering if those same components will hold up for at the least 2 years without having to upgrade and keep most games at high settings and > 45 fps. I have done enough research to say with high confidence that all of these components are compatible; however, if someone knows otherwise I would like to know!

Moreover, I am concerned as to whether or not I should invest in a liquid cooled system, any opinions on this matter would be appreciated.

Components List: With budget "approximately" $1000.

CPU: Intel i5-4670K

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 760

Power Supply: Corsair CX600

Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-pin DDR3 1600 MHz

MotherBoard: MSI Z87-G45

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

End Components List

I have left out the case and data storage components since I am still pondering which of those components to utilize. I do know, however, that I will be getting an SSD in some manner; either as a large sole storage component or as a smaller size (64gb) with a large HDD. Opinions welcome on this also!

P.S. I was also looking at an AMD FX-8350 CPU but after researching and comparing these CPU's it seemed as though the i5-4670K was superior. If anyone has opinions on this matter those are also welcome.

Thank you!

Sorry if this is in the wrong section or if this is a redundant question on this forum. I am new to this forum and tried my best!

Solution
The system should max most games and run everything else at high settings.

Don't get a watercooling kit. They are a waste and don't perform better than air coolers. mostly for looks.

Stick with the i5.

Thanks for the quick response! However, "would you kindly" answer the questions as to whether or not these specs will perform as I'd like them to?

Thanks for the quick responses you answered all I needed to know! If this was a peer-reviewed journal article you'd definitely get co-authorship right behind my name!!

The problem with answering your question is this part: "nearly all games (which are out today) at max settings, 1080p resolution, and > or = to 60fps." You have opened up a pandora's box of opinions. The safest answer is no. Why, because frame rates vary depending on the game. The 760 is a great card and I'm thinking of getting one. I can't guarantee that all games will stay above 60 fps. It will probably make you happy though..
