Quick Questions about my PSU

Hey,
I am getting a new monitor soon and i wanted to ask a couple of quick questions about it!

specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 3450
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Motherboard: Asus P8H61-MX USB3
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x4GB)
Hard Drive: 2TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s (1tb external)
Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: EVGA GTX 660 SC 2GB
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
PSU: 600W Xigmatek

1. Would my PSU be okay handling 3 monitors?
2. Would i need to get more RAM (16gb) for having 3 monitors (I usually have chrome, itunes, skype, steam and a game open)
2.5. If i got more RAM, would i need a better PSU?

1: Yes. Your PSU does not directly power your monitors so you are fine running as many as you like.

2: You have plenty of RAM to run multiple monitors, and again, that is mostly up to your graphics card, which has ample resources for the task as well.

2.5: The RAM in most systems is only a small portion of the load the PSU sees. If a RAM upgrade is going to bump you over your PSU limit, you're already too close to it.
