SSF Heat and PSU Questions

Hi,

I'm looking to build a very small computer on a $5-600 budget for general/multimedia use and some very light gaming. This article was a great starting point, but I still have some questions about cooling and the PSU. The case that I have is the Winsis WI-12, which is essentially the same as the one from the article, and I figure that no matter what I do airflow is going to be terrible, so heat is a big concern of mine. My other big concern is the PSU as while the article claims that it's fine, many reviews that I've found of Mini-ITX cases from Winsis suggest replacing the PSU with something like a Seasonic even if it does not fail.

So my three questions are: 1. Performance, cost, and everything else aside, which is less worrying from purely an overheating perspective: a 55W TDP Intel G2120 combined with a 55W TDP low profile HD7750 or just a 65W TDP AMD A10 6700? The answer should be obvious based on TDP alone, but I've heard that AMD measures TDP differently, and furthermore I've seen in reviews that the G2120 draws very little power while the 6700 draws a lot more, despite the fact that there is supposedly only 10W separating their TDPs.

2. Should I replace the stock Winsis power supply?

3. I plan on using a SSD and I don't plan on including an optical drive, so is there any benefit to taking out the entire drive bay and duct taping the SSD to something, from an airflow/heat perspective?

Here is an updated build of that same type:

They used an antec isk150 with a 150w psu.
To address your questions:
1. A decent discrete graphics card should be better than the good amd 6700 graphics.
2. The 200w psu should be adequate . But, I fear the psu is cheap so you may need to spend $50 or so to replace it if it fails.
3. I suppose duct tape will work. But, If there is no hard drive mount, I would drill two small holes somewhere and screw the ssd down.
I doubt that cooling will be an issue. A i3-2100 does fine in a lian li Q08 case that has no cooling fans except for the psu.
If you already have the case, go ahead and see how you do.

If not, then look at the isk150; antec makes decent psu's.
