Hello, i have recently received my PC parts and have started building by PC. I decided to test out the motherboard to see if it would power up. Nothing happens when i turn on the power. (Even after using a screw driver to short it) I have the 24 cable and the 4 cable connected properly. I have a cooler master installed on the motherboard.(Btw it is an ASRock Z77 extreme 3. XFX Pro650W power supply. Intel i3 3570k processor.) I even plugged some external speakers and turned on the power and the speakers turn on but the heat-sink fan i have on the motherboard does not run and nothing comes up when i have it connected to the monitor. I'm using a phantom 410 mid tower case. If anyone can help me out a bit i would appreciate it. Thanks!
