I'd say that they are. 91,095 feedback, 99.9% positive with the usual few dumbasses leaving negatives. Looks perfectly legit to me.

Yeah but look, i looked at the feedback people and they have no items selling :/ . That probably mean he/she made tons of accounts and just posted/rate good feedbacks and made a few bad feedbacks so that people thinks it's not fake

I've purchased tons of stuff on Ebay, never sold anything. That is definitely not an indicator. Ebay also cracks down big time on users like that. I find it extremely unlikely that his account would be in good standing after 11 years if he was breaking any major rules.

Furthermore, Paypal has excellent buyer protection. The burden is on the seller to provide proof of delivery. The seller's funds are held in escrow for months, so they can't run off with your cash right away even if they wanted to.

Which country are you in?

You're always better off buying from a retail or eRetail business with a registered business and/or company number in your own country/nation for warranty reasons.

http://www.staticice.com.au (covers Australia, New Zealand, UK and may other places to buy; far cheaper than eBay).

I'd suggest that this seller is almost certainly legitimate. eBay have done an awful lot in recent years to improve the buyer experience and even in the highly unlikely event of fraud you will be covered with large Paypal protection.

We've actually known eBay to refund customers out of their own pockets on several occassions in order to keep the peace!
