I have a A10-5800k-Apu and it has a H60 Corsair liquid cooler and idles at 45 Degrees celcius with the fan speeds at standard setting and 40 degrees celcius at full fan speeds it is overclocked to 4.3 gigahertz at 1.49 volts

Solution

Incredibly unlikely. Ambient room temperature is in the mid 20s. It is only possible to take a processor below this using exotic and expensive cooling, not a fan. Furthermore, the heat generating component will always be hotter than the ambient environment, that's just basic thermodynamics.

What stumps some people is that they do not know what they are actually measuring.

Motherboard manufacturers typically install a thermometer near the socket itself to measure the temperature near the CPU (this is very accurate, even if it's a bit...

it is? I read people saying they have there processors at 20 somthing to 30somthing degrees celcius with a fan cooler! I thought mine was hotter because its a apu

Motherboard manufacturers typically install a thermometer near the socket itself to measure the temperature near the CPU (this is very accurate, even if it's a bit removed from the heat generating components).

There are also thermal diodes on the CPU itself, often one on each core. Due to their small size they can be a bit finicky and are often only very accurate at high temperatures. Since these are closest to the heat generating components, they typically read about 5-10 degrees hotter than the thermometer on the socket.

45 centigrade is nothing at all to worry about. If you're worried, replace the stock thermal paste with some good Arctic Silver 5 or MX4
