Hello everyone. For the first time I am going to overclock my processor in this case an i5 3570k. I am wanting to achieve around 4.5ghz. My motherboard is an MSI B75MA-P45. Now here come the questions. What should my cpu core voltage be set as, should I turn off intel turbo boost while overclocking, how do I test the stability of my processor while overclocking, what CPU cooler will keep my CPU at safe temps (under $70) and by overclocking about how much faster will the CPU die out. Sorry for all of the questions but this is going to be my first time overclocking and I want to make sure everything is set up correctly. Please feel free to add helpful tips. Thanks in advance.

B75 motherboards are the Intel Business line chip-set, they do not support overclocking.
- This is why they're so affordable.
They do however support the integrated GPU of your CPU (almost certainly).
