Hello, my budget is $1500 but i would like it if this build can go down to at least $1200. I already order the Intel I7 Haswell 4770k and the Asus gtx 770 so those two are the only component I can not change. This build is for high end gaming and also not too hard core video editing. I would like this build to run on ultra high setting on any game I throw at it and at 60 fps. I already have a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and an OS. I just need help with the stuff inside the desktop. Feel free to make any suggestion. Here is my build:

Dont opt for a haswell over ivy
Reasons
1. Only 5-10% marginal increase in haswell from ivy
2.haswell produces more heat than 6 core sandy bridge e processors so ivy cpu would b better overclocker
3.there is no news that the 1150 socket would support further generation processors

All things at lowest prices and with best parts

INCLUDED 2 GTX 760 THAT CAN OUTPERFORM A GTX TITAN

Included h212 evo cooler to take the cpu above 4.0ghz

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($309.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ Outlet...
You want to shave $300 or 20% off, without touching the i7 CPU or GTX770 video card?

Your best bet is to get the smallest and most value oriented motherboard you can; which means forgoing over-clocking (at all).
Then use only 4GB of RAM.
Get a smaller HDD
Forgo the SSD.
Use the default Intel cooler (it works fine)
Limit yourself to a < 600 watt PSU.
etc.

Hi this is my first build so i do not know that much lol. But having two graphic card is better than one right? Because I never knew you can install two Graphic card.

Bear in mind that SLI and Crossfire / CrossfireX can be their own can of worms.
It he's a first time builder I wouldn't recommend SLI (2 x NVIDIA video cards) from the word go.

Half the people I know with SLI don't even have it enabled...
