a Future Proof Crossfire Graphics Card ?

Solution
Just save your money at the most interest you can get until then.
The card you are saving for does not exist yet, buying todays 'current' tech in several months time isn't a good idea.

The HD8970, GTX770, etc. are all good cards; some are only available to OEM's at the moment though.

Dont Cross Fire , SLI is better.

and there is no future proof .. you get what you need for your system ...

your best choices :

1- 2x GTX 760 in SLI (if you can pay $500)

2- GTX 770 , if you can pay ($388)

3- GTX 760 for 250$

Please understand that there is no such thing as "Futureproof" buy what you need NOW and be prepared to upgrade later if you want to stay current. Just get a GTX 770 now and maybe an 850w PSU and an SLI capable board and pick up another one in a year or 2 real cheap.

you just need 700-750 WATTS for SLI GTX 770 ...

I'd rather grab a solid 850w than a 750w bare in mind that this will be down the road and due to capacitor ageing the efficiency of a power supply will decrease, I'd rather have that added peace of mind but each to their own.

if it is a GOLD power supply it will work , besides once you cross the 750 WATT , the prices go very high ... anyways more power is good as well ... but not for low budget. coz I hate to get non GOLD power.
