Hi, I have Sony LED TV model no KDL26EX550 and Sony SS-VX33 speakers which is a wired.
I wanted to know How can i connect both to get good sound quality at cheaper rate.

You need an amplifier with optical digital audio input. Then your connection will look like this TV -> optical cable -> receiver -> speakers.
Look for second-hand higher-end receivers from Sony, Marantz, Onkyo, Denon etc.
