You should get less RAM. For what you use it for.. I assume gaming you'll only need 8gb.
For your SSD get the pro version of the 840
You don't need that big of a PSU 850 of one of the brands that abgaut listed would be more than fine. (at least 80 bronze).
Like abguat said again windows 7 is much better.
Also 3tb is quite a bit of storage. If you plan on doing a lot of rendering use 2 different hard drives. I'd say get 2, 1tb HD's or just 1TB harddrive if you're just gaming.
Once again like abguat said if you're just gaming an i5 is way more than enough.

Get a better brand PSU from Corsair, Cooler Master or Antec. Also probably be better to got for one GTX 780 then two GTX 770's. Running SLI may give you problems like micro stutter and I wouldn't do it unless you are trying to SLI 780's or Titans. You could use the money you save on the GPU's on a better power supply.
