Need an Urgent Build Advice (Quikie!)

Guys! Need urgent help! I asked about 1.5 lakh pc before but now i have to build my pc urgently, cant wait for ps4 to release so now my budget is stripped down to 50k (Graphics card, ssd, custom heatsink,etc. not included) i need a base system which i can upgrade later (Thinking of GTX 780 for future). I need it for developing softwares, video editing, graphic rendering,etc...
So i am thinking of -
i7-4770 (Or should i go for AMD or 4770K??) ~20k

What about cabinet and psu(i am thinking of buying a crap psu and throw it away after i get gpu,etc.)

Go with the i7 4770
Motherboard: ASUS Z87 Extreme 6
RAM: G-skill ripjawsx 1600 or higher than 1600 and get 8gb to start out with and add more once you have more money.
1tb seagate is good
DO NOT GET A CHEAP PSU. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-tx750m is a good one. Do you plan on running SLI in the future? if yes get the 850 version. Make sure at least 80 bronze
Cabinet = case? If yes then check out corsair 500 series.
As for a monitor check out an IPS. Much better visually.

Actually my budget is tight, i cant extend at all! So buying cheap components which i will throw later on... But want best processor and motherboard...

Ok but buying a cheap PSU could easily fry your motherboard and CPU... go on at your own risk.

Get a 4670k instead and a gtx 780 with a seasonic. Or corsair 750w
And u r good to go

Are you using this build for heavy rendering or gaming?
Gaming = i5-4670k
Rendering = i7-4770K

Bad as a locked processor is of no use in a overclocking board of z series
Better to get 4770 and a b85 board and spent the rest on a bttr gpu

Yea, btw i'm not at loss,right? Because my rig was supposed to be 3x the price and i did cost-cutting without much downgrades... Just no GPU, cheaper PSU, no SSD, cheaper Monitor, cheaper keyboard and mouse, cheaper but still decent cabinet but got haswell i7 (my main aim) and stuff

I'll buy a GPU after PS4 gets released, till then if it see a need of gpu then i'll buy a second hand gpu for the time being....
