Here is my build:
i5 3470
Gigabyte H77-D3H-MVP
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB (Will add SSD)
DVD Drive
Corsair 400r Case
Kingston HyperX 8GB 1600
XFX Radeon 7870 Core edition

I want it to be reliable and last for over 4 years. I will most likely upgrade to a gtx 770, or something like it, in three years time and get an overclockable cpu and with a overclocking motherboard. Will not be doing any sli/crossfire.

Which one is best for me? Want a cheap build.

Either one of those will power your build , the TX650M is modular , I would get that one.

Makes no sense in adding an card like the GTX 770 3 years later. Same for CPU and motherboard. You can build a new PC at that time. Also for the question I would prefer a TX650M as the TX ( enthusiast ) series is more reliable and also the semi modularity is awesome. Also if you can change your GPU to a HD 7870XT or a HD 7870GHz atleast. And drop the motherboard to a Gigabyte B75M-D3H to save some money.

If anyone's answer helps you , please select it as the solution. Forum Members will appreciate that.

I was saying that i wanted to reuse the psu and case and hard drives for later builds so that I did not have to keep buying new ones, leaving some extra money for some high end upgrades in future. also the xfx is only $199 and its a ghz edition. Its the cheapest 7870 I could find...
