Thanks, I checked that card and it says:
"500W (or greater) power supply with one 75W 6-pin PCI Express power connector recommended"
Are they just exaggerating for safety when they say 500W or greater?
And secondly, it doesn't matter that my PSU has two 12v rails right? Because I have read contradicting things about this.

I've run a 3220 and 2 7850 cards in crossfire on a 430wat corsair cx psu and it isn't nearly as good as the seaasonic psu you are currently using.
Ocing the 7850 shouldn't be an issue as long as you really are going light on the 6300 OC but take it easy on the 7850 oc as well.
