Hello

I have a little problem. When I play games on PC, there will be invisible horizontal lines on screen. It will happen if there is fast motion. My monitor is Samsung FX2490HD. The response time is 5ms, is that a problem? I heard that monitor should have 2ms response time. My GPU is GTX 660 Ti, and drivers are up to date. I tried to play games with HD 4850, and there was still those lines.

Here is example of the problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzDO1EC33u4&feature=youtu.be
These lines go from down to up.

So I hope someone could help me. Thanks!

Solution
that would be known as screen tearing and runt frames.

you get rid of it by using vsync and triple buffering.

if you download radeon pro you can create profiles for games and enable lots of things like triple buffering with vsync in games that dont support it.
