Will my gtx 660ti be able to play company of heroes 2,rome total war 2 on high and also upcoming stragety games at high or will i have to play at medium or low and if that is the case i might as well sli.please help
All pretty recent and it is as you mentioned related to optimization.
so i would get 20fps at max settings
Well then it's your call, but don't blame your system if the game itself performs poorly. I do know that the original company of heroes was a fun game so sad to see the sequel having issues.
Oh yeah deffinately at resolutions 1080P and below for sure.
You may experience slower play in RTS and shooters depending on the cpu
MY rig=
i5 2500k
6 gb ram ddr3
1080p screen 60htz
Will this give me good fps so i could play smoothly
You should be fine.
also i have heard that company of heroes has bad optimization so i was checking bechmarks and the gtx 660ti at 1080p at high and got only 30fps.is this true
look at this and it is giving 21 fps which is just sad and even titan is giving awful performance so ithink it is optimisation

May want to look around for more benchmarks, maybe they have an update out which fixes some issues. I played the demo before the game came out on my 7970 and i5 3570k @4.2GHz and I didn't notice it playing slow at all, max settings of course.
