Put in new ink cartridge but all I am getting is blank pages. Tried to do the page alignment and all it printed was the black ink portion. Now it won't even print the black portion. Have done the cleaning of the cartridges, both manually and the online cleaning process. Nothing works.

Yes I have. Don't understand. I have changed ink cartridges many times and this is the first time I have had this problem. Like I said, it first printed out just the black portion of the page alignment procedure and of course it wouldn't do the scanning and finish the alignment, and the next time I tried, nothing, no lines whatsoever!
