Will I Benefit From Adding a 140mm Side Fan to My Build?

So I've been debating on whether or not to add two more fans to my build. I was thinking of adding a Noctua NF-A15 PWM 140mm intake to my side and another NZXT Performance 140mm exhaust to my top. I want to keep positive pressure so I would have to add the side intake fan to add the top exhaust.

Here's a picture to help illustrate it:

The part in red is where the side fan would be located with the side being on. The blue arrows are intakes, red are exhaust, and yellow are the internal fans.

So would the side fan disrupt the current airflow to the point where the fan would be ineffective, or will it be worth it to add it and the 140mm exhaust as well? I'm not an extreme overclocker or anything, but I like my components to be as cool as possible.

Thoughts?

I have two side intake fans on my build, I've always had more intake than exhaust purely because the intake gets forced out. But yes side fans vastly increase airflow and decrease temps, especially on the northbridge and gpu.

In your case your CPU cooler is actually covering the northbridge so the more air going that direction the better!

I know that it will make my GPU cooler, but are you sure it won't disrupt the current flow by coming in from the side?

Nah it won't, it has a positive pressure because you have 4 intakes against 2. And by looking at the fans, they all look the same so they all have the same CFM ratings, etc.. It would greatly help bro. Just make sure the fan won't hit your GPU!

Alright. And there will actually be 4 intake and 3 exhaust after I put the side fan in.

I'll wait a bit to see if anyone else has anything to say. I'll pick you as best solution if not. Thanks for your input.

I would place a side fan if and only if it blew right on to the GPU, no need to bother with a top one since the air is going across the CPU cooler and out the back. You should also ask yourself if you actually need any more fans, what are your temperatures and are you only doing this because it will look 'cooler'.

Yes, it will be blowing directly across the GPU.

The exhaust fans can't hurt.

And no I don't absolutely need any more fans, my temps are already good, but like stated above, I would like to have the coolest temperatures possible with my current hardware. This makes my components last longer and allows me to do slightly higher overclocks if wanted. The fans will be controlled so they won't be at max constantly either.
