PSU and Case Upgrade

I want to upgrade my case (Thermaltake Commander MS-I) and PSU (Thermaltake TR2 600W) to something obviously better.

I need a case to house the H55, look plain, preferably Corsair and have good airflow/acoustics. (Mid tower Please)

For the PSU, I need to power a EVGA 670 FTW, 3570K, Z68 Board, 16GB Ram, multiple case fans and 2-4 Sata Drives. Quiet please.

My budget is about 120 Dollars (Before Rebates) and Microcenter (MO) is where I have access to components.

Also some good (quiet) case fans would be nice.

Power required for the 670 is 30A on 12v and 500 whats. And I picked a case too but... really if it ain't broke...

The PSU is really loud under load and the case is small, the h55 isn't supposed to fit in it but I rigged it.

So is a 300R (get a window later) and a GS 500 good?

Wow I really typo'd watts

I don't believe the corsair gs 500 has enough amperage, only 25

on microcenter this is the best I can find at the lowest. I'll continue to search for another option

It's not a very good PSU , it's a tier 3 unit.

I still would never buy a power supply from them.

At microcenter that PSU costs 110 dollars, Nope. I'm not looking to go crazy with the PSU, I'm looking for a simple upgrade. Something quiet and efficient and most importantly AFFORDABLE.
