A couple more questions about this card:

1. Do you think it can handle playing blue ray movies on my 40 inch 1080P TV?

2. Do you think when BF4 and other 2014 - 2015 games come out this card will be able to handle them at Medium settings with 720p at least?

3. Can i Overclock it to run better? If so what should i put the settings too?

Get the 7750 1gb GDDR5 version. It's faster than the 2gb DDR3 version.

1. Yes, it should be fine.
2. Yes, it will, but the GDDR5 version will be better - it can handle BF3 on medium/tweaked high settings @ 1080p.
3. Yes, you can, but the gains will be insignificant, as it's "bottlenecked" by slow DDR3 memory. The GDDR5 one will see better gains from overclocking, as GDDR5 is much faster than DDR3.

However, if your budget permits, I'd get the GTX 650 instead.

This card is an abomination. The HD7750 is spec'ed for GDDR5, not DDR3. If you haven't already bought it, get a GDDR5 version; it will be significantly faster. If necessary to keep the price down, on a card of this caliber, you may safely drop to 1GB of RAM.
Otherwise...
1. This card should handle BluRay movies with no difficulty.
2. Uncertain, but at only 720p resolution, you should get low-medium.
3. Yes, but it is uncertain how much. Overclocking is never a sure thing, and no two GPUs OC the same, even if they're the the same brand and model. In any case, you'll most likely get more performance from a stock GDDR5 version than a highly overclocked DDR3 version.

Yeah i already bought this card unfortunately and it came with a bunch of games for free so i cant do very much about it now. I just wanted something better then Onboard Intel HD 2000 graphics card and it seems i keep choosing crappy graphic cards. I'll keep this card for now and maybe in 6-7 months i'll put it in my old 2.8ghz duo computer and get a graphics card in the $200-$300 range instead.

So it wont play Ps4 games? Like it wont be able to handle Watch Dogs, GTA V, BF4 etc. ?

Not well. Maybe on low settings, but those games will also stress your CPU too.

Really? A i-5 2320 3.0ghz 8gb ddr3 win 7 x64 can't handle ps4 type games
