That level of power is fine, but you should get the SeaSonic M12II-650W rather than the 620W. The 650 watt version is Haswell ready, the 620 watt version is not.

With the extra overclocking , I would go for a little more headroom , like 750w.

Yes plenty of room for overclocking , cpu and or gpu.
I like to go grab a little extra power when I purchase a PSU.
