DDR4 Q4 2013: is it possible?

So with the new consoles comes new tech to quickly outdate the core components of the consoles giving them their cheap price. however is ddr4 on the way or is it ddr5 like in GPU's gddr5 ram

it wont be out till around the Haswell-E platform gets released at the earliest, which doesnt come until 2014

for AMD, the upcoming FM2+(Kaveri, Febuaryish 2014) line will start out with no DDR4 memory support. whether a new mobo being released some later date is beyond my oversight.
