Not with the router, no. If you want to accuratly measure what bandwidth each of you consume, you will each need to record the traffic as you are surfing the internet. I recommend the program Wireshark that can be located HERE. Set it up on each of your computers, and run it. As you are sniffing the network, you are also collecting data such as how much packet flow is available, and how much bandwidth you are using. This will give you accurate information as to how much internet both you and your roommate use.
