So I've been playing a few games recently, and I constantly keep getting ping kicked. I take a speedtest, and ping is at 108ms. My Download seems to fine at 25Mbps, but my upload speed is horrible.It stays at 2Mpbs. During the day, the internet is fine, but later during the day it gets worse. Before it didn't use to do this, but why now? I've tried calling my ISP, and they really didn't help. Any other advice to try to fix this?

Since it is time of day based it is unlikely any technical problem with your equipment or the connection to the house. This is the standard you get what you pay for problem. The only way they can offer you the price they do is to oversell the capacity. Its not likely they have 25m times the number of people who pay for service. It only take a small group of users running things like bit torrent to use all the capacity a ISP has....and why ISP hate bit torrent.
The only way to fix it is to pay more money. You could have your own fiber run into your house if you could afford it. Unlikely but maybe the ISP offers a plan that you can buy priority access over all our neighbors
