My graphic card has been really bad lately. I've had it for a while now, about 5 years. It's an nVidia GeForce 9800 series. And lately it's been giving me some kind of "Your display driver has stopped functioning" error. And it closes my app, or worse freezes my computer. On occasion it will also just mess up portions of graphics in games I'm playing. Like weird streaks of a color sticking out of objects. Sometimes raindbow looking dust across the screen. Anyways, just wondering if maybe my Graphics Card is on its last legs or if there's anything I can do to fix it, please and thanks.

Sounds like the card is on its last leg or possibly overheating. Could try taking a can of air, removing the card and giving the heatsink & fan a good cleaning.
