I've ordered this motherboard http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/F1A75I_DELUXE/ and this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604 . Could someone find me a fan that won't interfere with the pcie slot?

Well, you could look at liquid cooling as a side option.
I would try and measure the space needed and try and match those dimensions as closely as possible.
There are tons of heat sinks out there and only having the required dimensions can anyone here suggest a particular model.
