Which PSU is best for my rig?

CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850W,

My rig: Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0

I am hoping that one of these psu will solve my shut down issue!!!!

Should I keep keep the ssd, so when i can get win7 on it or raid the seagates with win7?
