Hardware:
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: gtx 560
Mobo: p8z77-v lk
RAM: 8gb(4x2gb) 1600
I was wondering if it is possible for me to run a third monitor from my integrated graphics port on my motherboard. I have two monitors running on my nvidia gtx 560 already. I know I am completely capable of running three monitors on the dedicated card, but I don't want to decrease my performance and stress out my 560 more than it needs to be now. If this is possible I would love to know a way to do it, Thanks for your help guys.

On the Z77 chipset I believe you may be able to do this.
Check your motherboard manuals, etc. first.

Tabris is right this should be totally doable but depeds on the mobo capabilities. Honestly I don't know why you couldn't either but I think it may be very few mobo's have this ability to run integrated graphics with dedicated cards at the same time. With any luck yours could be one of them.

Just came across this never knew LOL! I think if you only mean to use the second monitor for minor things you may not even want the integrated graphics to do it! Seems simpy just using the extra output would save you lots of headache and time figuring out this stuff. I have to agree with those on this link if you game on one sceen and don't do anything too demanding on the other like simple browsing or benchmark while you game then I think its fine to just plug into the same GPU with both monitors assuming your 560 has a second output!
