in steam i set my country in (united arab emirates)

so now i cant buy Grand theft auto games is there away to change the flag in my steam account to USA so i can buy Grand theft auto

i guess its illegal in my country but i dont get how that is when they sell it everywhere here?

yalla 3yal its in the store now being formatted again cause battlefield 3 used to be 70-80 fps now its 20-30 for some reason maybe a virus not only bf3 other games to so inshalla bacher be ye boona

no i set mine at 1991 but i was born in 1996

the problem is when i click on my account it shows the flag of UAE and when i find away to see a picture like before it showed a picture of gta 4 that was half price on steam it was the first time i discovered that steam has GTA games but when i clicked on it, it said it is not available in your region

do you know a way to change the setting and my profile in the USA my friend account had the USA flag and he can buy the game but i cant
