You should get motherboard with z77 chipset, z77 is Ivy Bridge chipset and your 3570k is from Ivy Bridge family.
Buy the ASRock Z77 PRO-4 on newegg its only 15$ more than PRO-3, PRO-4 cost 110$ (100$ NOW, 10$ OFF) but it have more slots, for example PRO-3 have 2x SATA3 slots and PRO-4 have 4x SATA3 slots. Its better when u want to buy more HDD / SSD.
Also if you like simple bios designs ASRock will be good for you, it very simple for me and its easy to overclock cpu in that bios.
Dont forget to choose best solution.

how about ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Motherboard??? its costly than pro4 but is it any better?
