Hi, im new here, and also totally new to overclocking
I manage to oc my q9550 2.83 ghz, upto 3.82 ghz, thats cool, but some things i dont understand:
1. My windows and Orthos says its only 3.40 ghz, while cpu-z says its 3.82 ghz.
and also Orthos stops after short time stressing, but pc runs fine?
2. What should i belive? and what could be the casue of Orthos failing?

the core speed on the picture says 2.7 ghz tho, but it is 3.82 and you also can see in the bus speed 450x8.5
